Team Captain Meeting

7:00pm

 

·         Rolled was not called @ 7:00pm, all teams signed in at table and were handed a ballot for voting

 

·         Barbara Pearl talked about the upcoming election and asked for all teams if they had any new nominations from the floor.

 

·         Anna Sparkman talked about red cards and reminded all teams to make sure that they had her address to give to any referee in case they have a player who receives a red card. Captains are held responsible for players & spectators when they get out of hand, remind all about rules.

 

·         Liz Wolff spoke and announced that she was revoking her retirement and would continue as the new Team/Player Coordinator. She mentioned that the Wolff Camp went well, would definitely like to see a better turn out next time

4  Call her if anyone is looking for players or would like to start a new team

 

·         Barbara Pearl announced that Ed Snider (Fine Whine) would head the land committee, please see him if you would like to volunteer for this.

 

·         Mary Jesse talked about Coors Light tournament, would be held at the end of November, possibly thanksgiving weekend, she was also going to allow teams to combine with each other. She asked that anyone interested in the tournament to please check out the COPA link online.

 

·         Talina Hernandez announced the following

4  Spring 09 packets would be available online for you to print

4  If you need a team packet mailed please email Talina so that she can mail one to you

4  Spring 09 Registration 01-18-09 12:00noon – 3:00pm

4  Pre-registration is available by APPOINTMENT ONLY, email Talina for a timeslot

4  Dates for pre-registration is 01-11-08 – 01-17-08

4  $50 off registration ONLY if you register early

4  ID by mail is due no later than 01-11-09 so that it will be available for 01-18-09

4  1st meeting for Spring 09 season is 02-16-09

4  Season starts 02-22-09

4  Any questions that you have for Talina, please email her.

 

4  Barbara Pearl asked that each commissioner announce all Champion and Finalist so that the proper awards could be distributed
