      throughout the organization in monthly Board Meetings and Captains' 
      Meetings. Each team in the league is required to send its captain or 
      designated representative to each monthly Captains' Meeting. Additionally, 
      each Division Level (such as Over-30, Division 1) is assigned a Conference 
      Commissioner.</FONT>
          <P><FONT face=Arial size=2>The Conference Commissioner compiles weekly 
      results of season standings for the Division, arranges make-up games with 
      the Field Coordinator, and assists teams with other organizational issues. 
      See Structure: Major Divisions for an explanation of the league's Major
